About Us

Mountain Fire Pizza was officially established in 2011 by Todd and Ellen Ross.  We have always loved pizza and have been experimenting with different recipes since 1988, when we first met.

For the very best flavor, we cook our pizzas in a 750 to 1,000 degree oven that is heated with a hardwood fire, which adds distinct, smoky flavors.  The oven was designed and built by owner Todd Ross.  (Coming soon is a link to a video of the oven building process.)

We make each pizza to order using the freshest ingredients we can get, and local ingredients when available.  Our dough is a blonde, gourmet, New York-style pizza dough.  We also offer a gluten free crust. 

We owe our success to our families, who, without their love and support, none of this would have been possible.
